He has prior experience as the Accounting Manager for Corroon & Black, Reno . Mr. Pearson holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Economics from the University of Nevada , Reno , and a J.D. from the University of California , Hastings College of the Law.

A senior executive/entrepreneur with 30 years experience in the wireless industry, Mr. Terborgh served as CEO and CFO of an "INC 500" private growth company and more recently served as CFO and Board Member of a wireless security start-up that was successfully sold to McAfee, Inc., in May 2005. With broad marketing, financial, and general management experience in both domestic and international markets, Mr. Terborgh has participated in eight successful M&A transactions as both buyer and seller. Mr. Terborgh holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Colby College , a MBA degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and is a CPA in the State of California. He joined ASI as a Senior Associate in 2002, and since 2005 has also served as a faculty advisor and instructor at the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Stanford Business School.
